Services

Tre Tensei provides DJ services, photography services, and studio sessions. Specific deliverables, timing, and pricing are confirmed in writing once a booking is approved.

Booking Requests

Submission of a booking request does not guarantee acceptance. All bookings remain pending until reviewed and approved by Tre Tensei. You will receive a confirmation by email and/or SMS once your booking is approved or declined. We reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion.

Communication & SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Tre Tensei related to bookings and customer support (including confirmations, reminders, and updates).

Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to contact us by email or receive email-based booking updates.

Payment & Cancellations

Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies are provided in the booking confirmation specific to your service. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable once a booking is approved.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tre Tensei shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a confirmed booking shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific booking.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including equipment failure, venue issues, weather, illness, or other force majeure events.

Modifications to Services & Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our website or services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
